Display of dimensions and areas etc. in other measurements
When setting up reports for display, printing or export the fields used can be customised. Any fields that rely on the measurement mode, for example, length, width, area, volume can be shown in one of the alternative measurement modes.
For example, if the measurement mode is millimetres the Board summary area is shown in square metres, but the field for square feet is also available and can be included alongside or in place of the square metres field. In the same way for part length (in millimetres) the fields for decimal inches and fractional inches are also available. Add the field to the report layout to use it.
Cost per sheet
An extra column is available in board summary (as Cost/Board) and Offcut Summary (Cost/Offcut). This column displays the cost per sheet for each board or offcut. The cost per sheet values is calculated as (Area * Cost) / Quantity
Area m2: 50.18
Cost m2: 8.000
Qty Used: 9
Cost per sheet = (50.18* 8)/9 = 44.604
