View board library as a list of board sizes
At the Board library screen:-
● Select: View - Boards only
or
select the Toolbar
option
All the boards in the library are shown, in material / board code order.
The data can be edited but there are a few restrictions in this mode because any changes have to sync with the material records.
Notes
- Transactions are not shown in this mode.
- Board thickness is read-only if more than one board exists for that material code
- Boards must have a valid material code
- Enter new materials by entering a code in the material column. If the material does not exist the program prompts for confirmation. A default set of values are entered for the material - the material record can be completed later.
- Where there is only one board size for a material changing the grain for the board also changes the default grain for the material.
- When entering boards for a new material (or changing a board's material to one which does not yet exist) the program prompts to create the new material on exit from the current row.
