Transfer to BHX500

Machining centre transfer parameter for a specific machining centre

If using this type of machining centre - check the box for transfer to BHX500

tickbox9.gif Transfer to BHX500

- Only available if the transfer type is set to:  8 - Homag Woodwop V4->V8 (MPR/X).

The Work list (LIS) path and Pattern path are also only available when this machining type is selected.

- Specify a macro file (no path or extension) at the 'Macro file' box  - this is an MPR file (use the directory button to select a macro from a list)

Differences from WoodWop 4.0+

- ZP500_ENU.mpr component for the clamp positions is included

This file must exist in the WoodWop ML4 directory (e.g. c:\WW5\A1\ML4\ZP500_ENU.mpr) otherwise an error is reported.

- For vertical drilling on the underside (back) in the machining library drawing define the instruction and check the 'Back' check box.  These instructions are transferred into the resulting part MPR(X) files with the appropriate mode setting.  If the depth is greater than the material thickness (through boring) the tool instruction is BM=LSLU, otherwise BM=LSU

- For the Machining library machining on the back is shown with dotted lines and is shown as viewed from the back; the hole co-ordinates are mirrored in X when exported to the MPR(X) file.

-  NC-Stop command is not included in the MPR(X) file.  This is used when the drawing is transferred to a machine that is not a BHX500.

Notes
