View the location of the program settings (history) folder
The history folder stores various settings for each user of the program. For example, screen size, position, help files etc. To run correctly the program must be able to read and write to this folder.
At the System Check screen:-
● Select: System - History Folder
The folder location is shown and any problems are listed.
Typically any problems are related to security on the PC, for example, a user may not have the correct permissions to create and/or use this folder.

Notes
- For Windows Terminal Server there is a history folder for each user in the Application data folder. For all others users the history folder is in the Application data folder for all users.
