Set up the data exported for each report
Use these options to customise the data for the exported version of a report. This is often a very much reduced version of the on-screen report.
At the main screen.
● Select: Print - (select a report)
● Select: Settings - Export settings
Or if using "Period / history analysis"
● Select: File - Export settings
The Export settings dialog is shown.
Available - shows all data items available for the report (e.g. Length, Width ...). The items shown vary for each report.
Chosen - data items on the report
To move an item to the report click on the item in the Available box and click the arrow button [ >> ] to move the item to the Chosen box.
To move an item off the report click on the item in the Chosen box and click the arrow button [ << ] to move the item to the Available box.
Line types
Each report contains several different type of data (line types), for example, Header lines and sub headings.
- Click on a Line - type to include it in the export.
Notes
Very often for exported data it is more convenient to export only the item line so that the data can be easily sent to a spreadsheet or database.
