Option to match up on-screen and printed report settings for stock reports
To match up the on-screen and printed report settings for a specific report do the following:-
● Move to the required report e.g. (Main menu - Print - Orders by Material)
● Select either Report settings or Print layout (from the Toolbar or from the View menu)
Make sure the settings are set as required
● Select: Settings - Synchronise
● Select as appropriate:-
With Screen layout
or
With Print layout
If the view mode is for screen settings the option offered is With Print layout and if the view mode is for Print layout the option offered is: With Screen layout
Notes
- The synchronisation is a one-off process, that is, the settings are not automatically kept in sync. if there are subsequent changes to one or other of the layouts.
