Machining edit option to specify the start rout of a contour or border
Use this to set the start rout for a border or contour.
When the border or contour is created or imported the start rut of the drawing may not be the start rout for machining. To set the start element:=
At the Machining library:-
● Move to the drawing
● Move to and select the required element
● Select: Edit - Set start element
Notes
- The option is only available when a rout (groove or arc) is selected for a border or contour.
- The contour must match the following rules.
Contour is closed
Contour has only 1 pass
Start element of the pass is 0
End element of the pass is equal to the number of routs in the contour
The last two rules mean the pass covers the entire contour in sequence.
