Machining centre transfer parameter to control transfer of runs
This value specifies the level of warning when a run is transferred to a machining centre.

The choices are:-
None
On re-transfer to same machine
On re-transfer to any machine
Set the required level for each transfer type.

- Transfer details are stored in a log file and apply per month (system parameters)
