Import file name dialog

Import parameter to set whether there is a dialog to allow changes to file names etc.

Applies only to 'Import parts'

At Import parts there is an option to display a dialog showing part list name, title and parameter settings. This can be useful if the part list name or title or the parameter lists used have to be changed.

Check / uncheck the box to set the parameter.
