Routing / Nesting system parameter to combine MPR(X) parts with multiple links
MPR(X) files in the part list can contain links to other MPR(X) files. In this case the part entered in the part list (e.g. PRT/01) is the 'master' part and any other linked parts are automatically included and appear in the part drawing.
Where the 'master' MPR(X) file does not contain a border the linked MPR(X) files must be merged to create a 'flattened' or 'linearised' MPR(X) file before the part is used for Nesting optimising. If this is not done the part is not interpreted correctly.
Use this parameter to specify this option.
Linearise
MPR(X) based parts/patterns
Where the 'master' MPR(X) files contain a border this way of working is not required.
Notes
- WoodWop 'Project manager' software. This software must be installed when using Nesting optimising with MPR(X) based parts.
- Parts are only linearised if this setting is 'On' and the master parts does not contain a border.
- If this parameter is set variables from the component MPR(X) files are included in the CSV export file
