Part list import screen - parameter settings for default material, grain ...
A range of default values can be set for the part list which are applied when a part list is imported. There are several values that can be set for the part list items:-
Material
Quantity
Grain
Overs
Unders
At the 'Import parts' screen:-
● Select: File - Parameters
- Enter a value as required
The default is used (if a value is not already set for the part in the external file)
Notes
- If the value is blank the default is not used
- Overs/unders values are only used when creating a new part list and are entered in the global line
These parameters apply for the following import formats:-
Part list order - ASCII/Unicode CSV (PNX)
Code and quantity - ASCII/Unicode CSV (PNX)
Batch - Part list order - ASCII/Unicode CSV (BTX & PNX)
Batch - Code and quantity - ASCII/Unicode CSV (BTX & PNX)
User defined order - ASCII/Unicode CSV
Batch - User defined order - ASCII/Unicode CSV
