Send Review runs report printouts to a PDF file
PDF files can be created for Review runs reports. At the main screen:-
● Select: Print - Print Runs to file (PDF)
The program displays the batch screen.
● Select: File - Continue
or
Select
the Toolbar option
The print dialog is displayed.
At the top of the dialog is a list of all the pre-defined summaries. At the left are the available summaries. Click on a summary to select it (or select several at a time). Use the arrow buttons to move reports between the boxes. The order of a reports can be adjusted by selecting the report in the Chosen section and dragging with the mouse. A report can appear more than once in the Chosen section.
'Form feed after reports' - check this box for each summary to start on a new page
'Forms' - this section shows any custom reports
[ Print ] - select print to create the file
The files are stored in the folder set by the System parameter: Path for Export data. The files created are:-
Batch file (e.g. Example3-Batch.pdf)
A file for each run (e.g. Example3.pdf)
The program reports 'Finished' when the files are complete. Select OK to continue.

Note
- If the Microsoft print to PDF driver is enabled then it will be used to generate PDF files. It can be enabled by running from the Run box optionalfeatures.exe and setting the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' check box.
