Machining centre transfer parameter for Nesting
When transferring to a machining centre with type 8 - Homag Woodwop V4->V8 (MPR/X), 9 - 2D DXF nested layered, or 13 - Machining Program Interface (MPI), the output file can be mirrored in X, Y or both.
Set this parameter to control this. The options are:-
None
Mirror in X
Mirror in Y
Mirror in X and Y
If one of the mirror options is set the nested pattern DXF files generated are mirrored.
(Part drawings are not affected)
Notes
- For 2D DXF nested layered the CSV file has the extension: .CSD.
This file is like the CSV file created for MPR(X) transfer except for fields 18,19 and 20 which have the following values:-
18. X Centroid point of the part based on the origin of bottom left
19. Y Centroid point of the part based on the origin of bottom left
20. Angle value - always set to 0
For rectangular parts the X,Y centroid values are the centre of the part, for shaped parts the centroid point is the centre of gravity for the part.
