Optimising parameters to enable stacks with different materials but the same pattern
Mixed material stacks are also called 'Rainbow stacks'.
When this parameter is set patterns which can be repeated in multiple materials are preferred by the optimiser and sorted to the start of the run.
Allow mixed material stacks
This typically occurs for laminates where there are different front and back laminates specified.
The mixed stacks are shown at the Saw loading summary and at the start of the Pattern preview and sequence. The patterns for a mixed stack are shown separately but adjacent at the Pattern preview.
The Saw loading summary shows the make up of the mixed stacks.
