Optimising parameter for Recuts

Set this value for use with the combiTec system. The options are:-

Automatic

Manual

Select the option from the list box

For the 'Automatic' setting the patterns are restricted to 'Single recuts'.

For the 'Manual' settings any level of recuts can be used for patterns. The patterns are adjusted for processing by combiTec with single recut parts sorted to the front of each strip and multiple recuts sorted to the rear of the strip.

Single recuts can be processed at the rip saw by the machine whereas more complex recuts have to be handled by the operator at the cross cut saw and are sorted towards the rear of the strip.

For single saw combiTec this parameter is ignored. If recuts are restricted to ‘Single recuts’ it is assumed that all recuts are processed by combiTec. If more complex recuts are allowed, single recuts are sorted to the front of the strip for combiTec processing and multiple recuts are sorted to the rear for manual processing.
