System parameter to check boards before transfer
This option ensures stock used by a batch of runs is still available at the point they are transferred to the saw.
The program checks there is sufficient stock for runs being transferred to the saw. If there is insufficient stock the program reports an error message.
The errors show which boards have insufficient stock and the run where they are used.

Notes
- Sundry items and boards with unlimited stock: limit 8 & 9 are excluded from the stock check when transferring to the saw.
- Board list optimising method 'one board list per batch': offcuts re-used from earlier runs in the batch are excluded from the stock check.
