System parameter to label offcuts for nested patterns in a different way
By default offcuts on nested MPR(X) patterns are numbered in sequence with the parts, for example, parts may be numbered 1,2,3,4 and offcuts follow on 5,6 ... and this applies separately to each pattern. To easily identify the offcuts (visually) an alternative naming sequence can be used where the offcut numbers start from 9000. The above sequence would then be: 1,2,3,4, 9000, 9001. The offcut numbers are also maintained across the set of patterns and increase for each offcut in each pattern.
Alternate
MPR(X) pattern offcut naming system
If this parameter is set offcuts on patterns are displayed as numbered from 9000 onwards.
This is only for nested patterns and only when the MPR(X) pattern format is selected (or for machining transfer to MPR(X)).
Each new run has offcut names starting from 9000. If patterns containing offcuts are deleted, the offcut number is not re-used.
e.g. 5 patterns each with an offcut (the offcuts are numbered from 9000 to 9004).
This numbering of the offcuts on the patterns is for display only; the offcuts are still be referred to as X<run name>/offcut number in the offcut summary.
