Text identifier for cutting list rules
Each line in the cutting list rules editor can have a notes / description added to it.
The notes will be saved with the cutting list rules and loaded when the editor is opened.
Each line can have a note of a maximum of 80 characters.
Notes can include any plain ascii character, including inverted commas (").
Notes will be shown on the cutting list rules print out.
