Calculate cutting patterns for parts in the Requirements list
At the Product requirements screen:-
● Select: Options - Optimise
or
Select
the Toolbar button
As Optimisation proceeds the Batch screen is shown in the background. When optimisation is finished the program moves to the Management Summary (or the Batch summary if there is more than one run).
Any errors before or during optimisation are reported on the screen. In most cases the error has to be corrected for optimisation to proceed.
Other choices on the Options menu are:-
Parts - view the part list (for checking the part requirement before optimising)
Recalculate - recalculates part requirements for the current list. Recalculate does NOT re-optimise. The program does not go on to optimise or view parts. At the end of the recalculation the program returns to the Product requirements screen
