Sets the maximum number of different part sizes in a pattern. The greater this number the more complex the patterns produced but it also encourages longer run quantities per pattern.
The program automatically balances the competing factors of waste and pattern complexity (cutting time) but use this parameter, if necessary, to place an overall limit on the number of different parts produced in a pattern to assist handling and destacking operations as the parts are produced.
