Current state of an order
The choices are:-
ESTIMATED
ORDER PLACED
ORDER DESPATCHED
INVOICE SENT
PRICES NOT VALID
- Click on the button at the right for a list of order states to choose from or type in a code for the state.
On choosing ESTIMATE the order status is automatically set to ESTIMATED. If the order status is estimated and the order is changed the order status is automatically set to PRICES NOT VALID.
If the status is set to 'Invoice sent' the order cannot be changed.
