Part list/Review runs option to save any parts that cannot be optimised
Where parts cannot be optimised the program to store these parts in a separate list.
This dialog may occur with Optimising at the part list if a part is too large or too small or if patterns are edited in Review runs and some parts removed from the run. Any parts that cannot be optimised can be saved to a separate part list file.

If an existing list is chosen the existing contents are lost; the program prompts to confirm the action if a file already exists.

Notes
- Parts are not removed from the original list and appear as underproduction in the optimisation.
- If the box is left blank the 'Yes' option is not enabled
- If a file name is entered and the ESC key is pressed this is the same as selecting 'No' - the parts are not saved
