Set up standard text for the Notes and Terms boxes for Quotes / Orders
At the main screen:-
● Select: Libraries - Phrase table
● Select one of the Notes tabs or the Terms tab
- Enter the fixed text options for each note or term in the Description grid
These are the choices that the user can select when working with that note. Enter the prompt or reminder of the purpose of the note in the box at the foot of the window. For example the note may be used to store the delivery options and the phrases could provide a set of fixed choices for an operator to choose from.

Finally enter a reminder for the operator in the box at the foot of the window
Delivery method
When displayed at the Orders screen the prompt is surrounded by angle brackets - this prevents the prompt from being printed on the order or delivery note etc. Note that there is no prompt for the TERMS phrases as the phrases only apply to the Terms box on the order entry screen.
