More information about the phrase table
The phrases table is an Access (MDB) format database called PHRASES.MDB and is located in the directory set by the system parameter: Path for library data
With large amounts of data to import (or export) work with the table directly using a database program such as Access, and use a program such as Access or Crystal Reports to print the phrases in a customised report.
When using the database directly take care not to alter the design for the tables. It is best to make a back-up copy before working on the database directly.
