Drag an element of a drawing to a new location
At a drawing:-
● Select object(s) to move (use the select tool or click on a drawing element)
● Select: Edit - Move
or
Select Toolbar option
(Edit toolbar)
● Click near object to grab it
● Drag object(s) to new location
Click to confirm
move.
When the move is complete the program returns to select mode. Choose Move again for another move. Use Select All first to move the whole drawing.
Notes
- It is often easier in complex drawings to draw an item in a clear part of the drawing area and move it into position with the move command.
