At the Quote / Orders screen:-

or
Select the Toolbar
option
Program prompts for the form to print (Invoice, Estimate etc.) before printing starts.
At this dialog select Preview to get an on-screen view of the order(s) before printing.
Program prompts for the range of orders to print - the default is the current order. Use the combo boxes to select an alternative range.
The program moves to the standard Windows Print dialog - the page set up and other preferences can be set at this dialog
If there is a continuation or final page form printing automatically uses these as necessary.
Notes
- When printing in Review Runs or Print Runs or Print Orders/requirements the printer name is stored and reused next time. If this printer is subsequently removed or renamed an error message is shown and a new printer can be selected.
- If an invalid printer name is specified on the command line for OUTPUT.EXE the error is reported in the OUTPUT.ERR file.
