Transfer via 'module' method
To set up the system for transfer of cutting data to a saw via the Module link:-
- Make sure the system is set to create data for cutting dimensions (see System parameters)
Saw Transfer parameters - set up an entry for the saw(s) in the list. The parameter values to set are as follows.
Mode - set to a value of 0
Options - set the port for the link to the programmer unit, for example, 1 (for COM1)
Set up saw parameters - At least one set of Saw parameters are required for optimising. Make sure to use the correct saw model number for the saw. Check with the supplier - not all saw model numbers are suitable for this link.
