Detailed information about the saw activity during a shift
This reports shows details of the saw operation for each cycle.
At the top of the screen is the shift number and date of the shift.
Each activity is numbered sequentially and shows the starting time of the activity, the type of activity (error, start of cycle, end of cycle), the current run, pattern and cycle numbers when the activity occurred, the number of boards and parts produced by the activity (if any), and the error number and description if the activity was an error.
At the bottom of the screen or report are the total number of boards and parts produced by the shift.
Service time - The format of the service time is the same as for errors (described above) except that there is no 'Service summary'. You can only see the service operation on the full saw activity report. The service time covers regular service operations such as 'change saw blade'. Each service operation can have a number and the text associated with that number can be included in the CADFEED.ERR file so that the text appears on the saw activity report.
Waiting periods - begin with 'Wait' and end with the next saw activity (which may be another 'Wait'). The waiting code and text appear at the end of the line.
