Summary of saw activity for a single run
The report shows a comparison between the run estimate and the actual cutting at the saw, including, times, parts produced and waste.
The estimated times are those shown in the summaries in 'Review Runs' which are calculated when the run is optimised.
The top line shows the part list title and run number
The top section of information for 'Run totals' shows the number of cycles, patterns, and overall cutting time for the run.
Variance is calculated as, ACTUAL - ESTIMATED.
Below this is a summary of the material usage showing for area and quantity the estimated and actual results.
Save Feedback data - The file passed from the saw contains actual cutting information for that run. If the original run files are available the real cutting times can be written back into the pattern file.
