Reports for runs cut at the saw
These options provide analysis of the runs cut at the saw (feedback from the saw). These reports are only available for those saw controllers with feedback options.
At the Main screen:-
Select the menu option Machine Interface and the Saw required, for example, CADmatic 4
● Select: Analyse runs
Click the box for a list of runs
For the Cadmatic 3/4 (transfer mode 6) and Online PC (transfer mode 2) the runs also show progress symbols against the run number.

● Click on a run to view the reports.
The screen displays the Run Activity report.
The report shows a comparison between the run estimate and the actual cutting at the saw, including, times, parts produced and waste.

Notes
- On printed reports the status is shown as 'In progress' or ' Completed'.
- If a pattern file associated with a log file has been deleted it is still possible to analyse the logging file - in this case the estimated times are not shown. If there is no log file and only a pattern file only the estimated times are shown and there is no cycle analysis. This provides a simple way of reviewing the runs at the saw.
- If no Run data is available the program reports an error.
