How to use the fixed phrases with Quotes
Once the phrase are set in the Phrases table they are available for specific boxes on the Order form. These are:-
- Notes boxes
- Order items
The boxes: Notes, Terms and Status can have fixed phrases or choices associated with them.
- Click on the combo box to select a phrase,
Phrases are also available at the order details grid.
- Place the cursor on the field
Click on the Phrase Toolbar option
The program displays the Phrase dialog
- Select a phrase
- Select OK to finish
