Choosing the various methods for estimating and quotations
There are several options to set the pricing and tax structure for Quotes and orders. Read through each set in turn and set the appropriate values to match the company procedures.
The main choices are to determine how pricing is to work, how to deal with VAT, and which extra options to set up to support the data entry, for example, the phrase table and the catalog. There is also a customer database to set up - this contains the basic customer information (names, addresses ...)

The Phrase table, Customer database and Catalog are on the Libraries menu - the other items are on the Parameters menu.
