System parameter to set how patterns are dealt with when the part list is edited
Typically once a part list has been optimised and produced a set of cutting patterns the patterns should be deleted if the part list is edited again because any change to the part list contents, sizes or quantities affects the optimised result and the existing patterns are no longer correct.
This is the default operation.
However, it is sometimes useful to be able to make minor changes to part list and retain the patterns.
