Database for customer information
For quotes and orders the program includes a database to store customer details (company name, address, invoice details, credit notes, analysis codes ...). At the main screen:-
● Select: Libraries - Customer database
or
Select
the Toolbar option
The database includes name, invoice address, delivery addresses, contact, telephone number and so on. There is a record for each customer and each customer record contains several fields.
To access the library at the Quotes / Orders screen:-
● Select: Options - Customer Database (or select from the toolbar)
Notes
- The library is an Access MDB file and can be backed up by the program Backup option at the Main screen.
