Custom fields for part lists
Part list data can be extended and customised beyond the fixed fields to include extra data. For example, tracking information, edging data, storage data, destacking information, nesting instructions, and additional part details for printing on labels. The program provides a range of extra pre-defined fields and it is also possible to add fields that are fully user defined or customised.
Once the boxes (fields) are set up the fields apply to every part list and can be used throughout the program.
Some fields are required for specific operations - they help to extend the capabilities of program. Typically they only apply or operate if a specific module is in use. For example the Destacking information boxes can only be used with the Destacking module.

- Information boxes for specific modules are described with that module.
- Most information boxes allow for free input including spaces and lower case characters. Comma is not allowed. Where fields are used for items within the program, for example, Edging codes take care to enter the codes correctly as these must match the restrictions on the code or data set by the program. Where possible it is best to select the entry via the browse / select options.
