Quote / Orders parameter to set how Price data is stored in Products
When using the pricing methods 'Price list' or 'Mixed cost plus/price list' in Quotes / Orders there are two different methods for entering the price for each product. The price is either set in a Memo field or in the Price field at the product definition.
The choice of method is made as follows:-
a number - use memo field for price
= - use Price(fx) field for price
The memo field method retains compatibility with older versions. It is best to use the Price field where possible as this has more flexibility.
