Round large values to fit

Review runs option to set whether large values are rounded to fit space available

A large value is one that does not fit into the space allowed on screen or on a printed report. The value can either be shown as a row of asterisks (overflow) or rounded to fit the space.

Check / Uncheck the box to set this

The program checks the maximum allowed field length and if this is exceeded by any of the numbers in the column the whole column is adjusted, or the overflow number is replaced. In this case the column of rounded numbers may not add to the total but the error will only be small.

Notes

- The number is shown as asterisks if the number still does not fit the available space after rounding to the nearest whole number.
