List of stock reservation - sorted by material
This is a list of all the reserved boards. At the main screen:-
● Select: Print - Reservations by Material
The program displays the report on screen in the 'Report viewer'.
'Reservation' is the process of reserving stock ready for cutting once a job has been optimised and confirmed. For each material the reservation is shown. The default data on the report is:-
For each material:-
Material code, description, thickness and other material details
For each board:-
Board code
Length and Width
Quantity in stock
Quantity on order
Run number
Quantity reserved
Area (square metres / square feet)
Volume (cubic metres / cubic feet)
Cost per unit of area
Total cost of reservation
Report - options
There are menu options to set up the printer, page, report range, report content and layout. The report can be separately customised for both on-screen and printed versions. See the topic: Stock report layout and settings - Overview
