Report for minimum levels of free stock for each material
The report lists all boards where the free stock is less than the minimum level of stock. At the main screen:-
● Select: Print - Minimum Free Stock
The program displays the report on screen in the 'Report viewer'.
The minimum stock quantity is set at the Board library for each Board size and may be different for each board size.
Free stock is the amount of stock not reserved.
Free stock = Physical stock - reserved stock
The default data on the report is:-
For each material:-
Material code, description, thickness and other material details
For each board:-
Board code
Length and Width
Quantity in stock
Quantity reserved
Quantity of free stock
Minimum stock quantity
Quantity of stock on order
Reorder quantity for stock
Name of supplier
The 'Reorder' quantity is the minimum or typical order quantity used for each board. This is set at the board library for each board.
