Report showing the stock changes and movements in a period
This is a list of all the stock movements for a given period. At the main screen:-
● Select: Print - Stock history
The program displays the report on screen in the 'Report viewer'.
The report shows every transaction, sorted by board code, for the current period. The history of each board is detailed showing the quantities (in or out) for each transaction. The 'current period' is the time from last time the 'End of period' report was run. The 'End of period' report consolidates the transactions into a single opening balance for each board or item.
The default data on the report is, for each board:
Board code and material details
Date of transaction
Transaction number
Transaction type
Transaction text
Reference
Quantity involved in transaction (plus or minus)

Report - options
There are menu options to set up the printer, page, report range, report content and layout. The report can be separately customised for both on-screen and printed versions. See the topic: Stock report layout and settings - Overview

- Use the Navigation buttons to move between reports (or the Reports menu option).
