Option to remove orders, receipts ...
At the Orders, Receipts or Reservations screen:-
● Select: Edit - Delete
or
Use the Toolbar option
The program prompts with a dialog showing the range of items do delete. Either delete the current item or select a different range to delete.
Use
the list box to choose codes
● Select OK to delete
Delete - calculations
For orders and reservations the deletion removes the order or reservation record from the order or reservation library
If the stock receipt quantity is equal to or greater than the ordered quantity (for that order) the order record is automatically deleted as the Order has been fulfilled and the board library quantities are adjusted.
If an order that is partially complete is deleted the ON ORDER quantity in the board library is also reduced by the correct number of boards. For example:-
BRD/1 Qty ordered in order 10034 220
BRD/1 Qty ordered in order 10035 100
---
Total Qty On order 320
Qty received on order 10034 190
Qty left on order 10034 30
Qty On order if 10034 cancelled 100
(320 - 190 - 30 = 100)
