Enter data for Quotes / orders
At the Quotes / Orders screen:-
Enter a Telephone number for a customer.
Use the CUSTOMER DATABASE screen to enter the telephone number
This information can be overwritten at the ORDER ENTRY screen for a specific order - this does not affect the information in the customer database.
Use the NOTES fields to record other telephone numbers and contacts.
