Save or restore view settings for the main screen
At the main screen:-
● Select: View
The options dealing with the View settings are:-
Save view as default - store current view as default
Restore default view - change current view to the default settings
Refresh - refresh views
The various settings on the View menu are automatically saved when the view is changed. These changes are preserved between sessions. The View menu settings apply separately to each User profile.
Use the 'Save view as default' option to save the current view as the default (this overrides the factory default which is lost).
To set up each directory with the same View settings: Save the required view as default, move to each user profile in turn and use 'Restore default view' to make the setting.
Settings created with the mouse e.g. Width of File Tree, Width of stacked toolbar are also included in the settings and preserved between sessions.
