May occur if the licencing server is not available
Please check the internet connectivity of the PC being used.
If the problem persists, you may re-activate your cloud licence until the licencing server is available again. Please see ' Licencing server not available - re-activation'.
The error may also occur for floating licences when the program periodically contacts the licencing server to check that the seat is still valid. If the licencing server is not available at this point, the program allows a 'grace period' for this to become available (10 days). During the grace period, the main menu program reports warnings at four hourly intervals.
When the grace period ends, the licence is reported as invalid.
