May occur when checking for an update to the licence (system check)

If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for further assistance.
May also occur for floating licences when the program periodically contacts the licencing server to check that the seat is still valid. If the licencing server is not available at this point, the program allows a 'grace period' for this to become available (72 hours). During the grace period, the main menu program reports warnings at four hourly intervals.
When the grace period ends, the licence is reported as invalid.
