This is available to users based in the United Kingdom on versions V8.2, V9.0 or V10.0 and includes assistance in the identification and resolution of problems arising in the use of Magi-Cut, by telephone, email, or remote online support via internet as appropriate during normal working hours. It also includes provision of general maintenance revisions for your version of Magi-Cut, and the replacement of any defective hardware security key.
